The needs of the patient was assessed and within a couple of hours support arrived in the form of a walker.
Fantastic service provided.

Excellent co-ordination with patient and carers. Patient and family needs considered fully. Full covid 19 precautions taken.
Communication means could be improved. Single point of access tel no. covers too wide an area and too many people. Difficult to speak to person you need.

Everything was explained clearly and the information provided was helpful to both myself and my family. Many things relating to speech and general conversation have been explained.
The only problem occurred because of 'lockdown' is that I was unable to practice certain exercises, such as ordering a coffee, to report book. The appointments could bot be 'face to face' I have all the necessary exercises to continue myself at home, I just need to make time to do them.
I would recommend Lucinda Chohan as a speech and language therapist.

This was a visit for environment of needs after a stay in hospital.
The practical needs were assessed and promptly acted on.
No on going care needed, not not relevant.

All the staff are kind courteous and considerate and resolute of purpose.
